All are welcome to join: we do group drumming, chanting, dancing, live music, movement & breathing, and we usually partake in a vegetarian meal together afterwards.
These practices are based on the many cultures which have come together for thousands of years under the label of “Sufi,” which simply means the authentic expression of our deepest essence, beyond the ego. The purpose of our group work is to practice unity, to bring inner peace, and to open the intelligence of the heart.
We ask for donations to cover expenses — to keep the P&J Center open — $5–$10.
We bring drums and blankets — but if you have a mat/blanket, drum, or any other instrument, please bring it along.
Click/tap to call James for more info.
